Our West Coast students had a great day connecting with Jesus and with people! We started the day by going to Heritage Park in Santa Fe Springs where students had an hour with God and got to hear a teaching time on loving others from leader Margaret. We then went to lunch where our students were able to connect with people at local restaurants. After lunch we headed to Orange County Rescue Mission. We were able to tour their facilities and then got to work in the kitchen, warehouse, and children’s area. After serving, our students got to eat dinner with the students (residents) at the mission and got to hear their stories. Dinner was followed by a chapel service where our students got to proclaim the Gospel through song, dance, puppetry, and words. Jabon shared his devotional about God knowing what is best for us. Chloe shared her object lesson about how God’s grace makes us clean and new in Him. The students at the mission were appreciative of our students and loved getting to hear from the Lord through them. We are heading to bed early to prepare for a full day of ministry tomorrow!

Praise Jesus for how we were able to serve and connect with others at the mission today. Pray for our students to stay energized through the strength of the Lord. Our students are continuing to grow in their boldness for Jesus and have great testimonies to His grace and love!
