OBI- July 10- Learning the Art of Plastering

Thank you for your continued prayers! After a few days of some sickness within the team, we were so excited to have all 8 members with us for the entire day! And it was a beautiful sunny day without a drop of rain 🙂 Thank you for supporting us and praying for us daily! Please enjoy today’s update from Michael!

Hello to everyone who is reading this. Before you start reading this incredible blog post, you should probably know that this post will not be like any other OBI blog you’ve read. Just a heads up.

In a land far, far away (the Philippines), a group of energetic and God-loving teenagers/young adults got up at 7:00 and had breakfast. After the meal, they had to say goodbye to the California mission team. Following the departure, the group of fantastic and amazing teenagers/young adults went to the Ministry Center to do some manual labor. They plastered a side of the building until lunch, then plastered some more afterwards. Then they headed over to a small feeding site and had a big puppet show for all of the children. All of the kids were laughing and screaming with joy, from the minute the puppets popped up until they slowly went back down. After the feeding site, the group of beautiful and kind teenagers/young adults headed back to the Vista and ate dinner. After dinner, Josh shared his testimony with the whole group. It was a time of encouragement and fellowship. Then the group of tired yet happy teenagers/young adults went to bed.

P.s. Shout out to my siblings: Kyle, you rock! Jeremy, you’re cool! Christian, you’re awesome! Maggie, you’re awesome too! Brady, you’re cute!

P.p.s. Shout out to Gary: You’re the bomb.org!
